The management of FLEXPACK Ltd., represented by its directors, commits to its QUALITY POLICY, which is communicated, understood, implemented, and upheld at all levels within the company's structure.

The QUALITY POLICY to which the management of FLEXPACK Ltd. commits is directly linked to the management's vision for the organization's development in the production of flexible packaging with and without flexographic printing according to the requirements of our customers and balanced satisfaction of other parties in the working process.

  -To enforce the QUALITY POLICY, the management of FLEXPACK Ltd. has defined the following main objectives:

  -To produce high-quality products that consistently provide a good "quality-price" ratio;
  -To meet customer needs through technical innovations;
  -To maintain proper relationships with suppliers and partners;
  -To consistently meet the increasing requirements of all stakeholders - customers, staff, partners;
  -To expand market share in flexographic printing and flexible packaging production domestically and internationally;
  -To conduct periodic training of staff to enhance their skills and motivation for engagement in their work;
  -To develop and improve the abilities and skills of its employees;
  -To develop leadership qualities within the management;
  -To effectively utilize available resources;
  -To increase the share of profits used for reinvestment in state-of-the-art flexographic printing technologies;
